Pickup Procedures

Bradley International Airport

Terminal A serves America West, Continental Airlines, Continental Express, Delta, Delta Song, Northwest Airlines, Skyway Airlines, Southwest Airlines, United Airlines, United Express, US Airways, US Airways Express.

Please claim your bags at your airline's respective baggage claim area then proceed outside to the 2nd sidewalk (outer island). Your chauffeur will have a sign with your last name on it. As per Bradley Airport's current regulations chauffeurs are not permitted to wait more than a few minutes. If your driver is not present please allow him/her a few minutes to circle around the airport. Logan International Airport

We have tailored this information to aid you in finding your chauffeur upon arrival. Please look for signs designating Limo Stand at each terminal. CALL 1-800-533-8470 if you do not immediately connect with your chauffeur or have any problems locating the appropriate pick up area.

Terminal A

Terminal A serves Delta Air Lines, Delta Connection, Delta Shuttle, Delta Song, and Comair.

Please exit the terminal building and go to the nearest crosswalk. Cross over to the second traffic island. Your Chauffeur will be standing at the entrance to the limousine parking area across the street holding a sign bearing your name.

Terminal B

Terminal B serves Alaska Airlines, America West, American, American Eagle, ATA Airlines, Inc., Independence Air, US Airways, US Airways Express, and US Airways Shuttle.

Please claim your bags at your airline's respective baggage claim area; then proceed upstairs to the departure level and exit out the main doors. The limousines/sedans are parked in a small lot on the departure level near the end of the terminal.

Terminal C

Terminal C serves Air Canada Jazz (except int’l arrivals), Cape Air, Continental, JetBlue Airways, Midwest, United, United Express - Atlantic Coast. .

Meet your driver at the Central Parking Garage, top level. Use the covered pedestrian walkways from the terminal.

Terminal D

Terminal D serves Air Tran.

Meet your driver at the Central Parking Garage, top level. Use the covered pedestrian walkways from the terminal.

Terminal E

Terminal E serves Aer Lingus, AeroMexico, Air Canada Jazz (Int'l arrivals only), Air France, Air Jamaica, Alitalia, American (Int'l arrivals only), British Airways, Charters (other terminals also), Finnair, Icelandair, KLM, Lufthansa, Northwest, SATA, Swiss, TACA, Virgin Atlantic Airways.

Please exit the terminal building and go to the nearest crosswalk. Cross over to the second traffic island. Your Chauffeur will be standing at the entrance to the limousine parking area across the street holding a sign bearing your name.
