Where To Meet Your Driver at the Springfield Train Station
Please proceed into the train station and down the stairs to ground level. Your driver will be waiting outside the doors, ground level with our name on a sign. Your driver will also contact you on your cell phone as the train is arriving to ensure a smooth pickup. Where To Meet Your Driver at Bradley International Airport
All flights arrive into Terminal A.
Please claim your bags at your airline’s respective baggage claim area then proceed outside to the second sidewalk (outer island). Your driver will call you on your cell phone to check on your status and direct you to the pickup location. Where To Meet Your Driver Logan Airport
At each terminal there is a “limo stand” designated area by Massachusetts port authority. Your driver will contact you on your cell phone once your flight lands to touch base but will be located in the corresponding limo lot waiting area.
Terminal A
Go outside the baggage claim, cross over two traffic lanes and walk to the left to meet your driver at the designated limo stand.
Terminal B American Airlines & American Eagle
Pickups are at the arrival level. Go outside the terminal, cross 2 traffic lanes into the garage. There will be a big sign for limos. Your driver will be waiting with your name on a sign.
Terminal B All other airlines
Pickups are at the arrival level. Go outside the terminal, cross 2 traffic lanes into the garage. There will be a big sign for limos. Your driver will be waiting with your name on a sign.
Terminal C
Please proceed to baggage claim. Take the escalator to the top level. Go outside the door beyond the drop off area. Your driver will be waiting with a sign at the limo stand.
Terminal E
Proceed to the terminal exit. Go outside the door, cross over two traffic lanes and walk to the left. Driver will be waiting for your at the limo stand.
